Here is the Charter of the Forum

GENERAL:

Like any forum, by entering the Forum 2 Pattes, you can see many people moving in different sections. Each deuchiste who is present is part of a community. However, as in any community, there are some simple rules to follow for smooth running of things, for understanding, and mutual respect. Before you connect to the forum, you are advised to read these few guidelines:



1 - Before posting any subject, you should submit it to the "General Forum / Presentation of New Members"

2 - selling or buying a part or a vehicle if you have not reached a total of 10 messages is formally prohibited. This forum is not a forum for buying, or a site of bids. No tender, either.

3 - Please be polite and courteous, no insults, no hurtful and unnecessary criticism.

4 - No link to download programs (eg Mule) .. No topics on Politics, religion, etc. ..

5 - If you post a notice about a professional, keep unsightly OBJECTIF.Avoid terms such as "In such a shop, they are swindlers, manure. So on." If you like this forum, think about it and its future. If you do not like it, think of those who love it ..

6 - Team moderation is always right.

7 – You are not using your mobile! SMS language is forbidden

8 - If you are a new user, think about fulfilling your profile (especially location, city, department).

9 - Avoid sending messages only and only when you have a problem on your 2CV or when you have parts to sell or buy. Participation in the forum is the concern of everybody.

10 - It is strictly forbidden to difamate, or your account will be cancelled, and this, against anyone.

11 – pedophilia and pornography will cancel your account as well as your messages.

12 - If the moderation team is wrong, refer to the article "6" above.

13 - If you have any problem, contact a moderator / administrator.

14 - The spread of a part or all of the contents of a message or private mp on the forum is prohibited except mutual consent of both parts. Messages and images (logos, pictures, etc. ..) contained in the sections may in no case be broadcasted on other web supports (blog, website, forum, etc.) without the consent of Forum administration .

15 - The flood (send mass messages) is not tolerated. This will lead to deletion of messages, as well as your account.

16 - The forum is vast and varied,so please post messages in the right category.

17 - Do not write in capital letters (capital letters are used when you scream), thanks.

18 - Do not put a picture format over 800x600 online, all forumists haven't adsl or large configurations yet. Please don't forget it!

19 - It is strictly forbidden to sell only car registration document (this is not legal). Thanks for selling the vehicle or the bodyshell that goes with it.

20 - The purchase of vehicles (or parts) on this site that only aims to resale with profit or auction on another site is forbidden
More permits, any break of this rule will lead to cancellation of your account

Each member who wishes to sell or buy on the Forum 2 pattes, is committed to complete the transaction within a reasonable timeframe.
The rules of customary courtesy (quick answers by e-mail or mp and dispatch of settlement or work within a week, what we think is correct) is the least we can do.
Any member (buyer / seller), who does not respect the rules will be restricted about the access to the forum "Purchase / Sale"!

21 - Selling price of vehicles or parts must be 2300 euros. Sales prices displayed are fixed and can in no case be adjusted upward for the sale, please check the value of what you sell before placing your ad. No professionnals (or ask permission to Administration). For sales, reference price is required or your ad will be deleted without notice!


22 - SIGNATURES: Images, pictures, animations gif should not exceed a frame of 200x100 pixels in your signature, please take care of it. A single photo and a sentence for each signature.

23 - The forum is open to all and provides a certain degree of anonymity. However professionals will identify themselves by MP to a moderator or administrator
Failure in respecting the rule emerging de facto legal responsibility of the board administrator in the event of a dispute between a forumiste and the said professionals
Addendum
It is evident that the registration of professionals with the administration of the forum should take place at the same time that the registration process.
In the case of a registration before Monday, January 14, 2008, professionals have 15 days from the date of 15 January 2008 to get known by the administration of the forum.
During the period of regularization Article 23 of this charter fully applies


24 - Your account on Forum 2 Pattes:
Your account, profile, user ID, password, etc ... Are strictly personal and confidential, they may not be given to someone else, unless agreement from the administration of the Forum or group of moderation! On the other hand, if it is proved that your account was used by a member banished or excluded from the Forum 2 pattes, without the consent of the Group of moderation and administration of this forum, you are responsible for the content of messages sent by the person who mailed it for you. The administration of the Forum can not be responsible for the content of these messages. Failing to comply with this rule will lead to deletion of your account without further notice!

25 - About Selling ads or links to other sites:
There is no need to clutter up the "purchases and sales" of the forum with links to other sites (sales or bids), these ads are already visible to all Internet users.
The topic» purchases and sales» will only be used for publication of personal ads or possibly those you heard about ( and which are not subject to publication elsewhere). Please don't forget it.




CHARTER OF THE TOPICS PURCHASES SALES

Respect the Charter:

Buying, selling and research 2CV, spare parts. Price 'deuchistes' only. No sales beyond € 2300, and only if justified. Indication of prices for the spare parts and vehicles. Heading reserved for non-professionals. Note: Professionals can have a banner at the top of the forum. Please contact the administrator by MP.

Let moderators moderate:

Reassure your modos moderate .... Any posting that does not respect the Charter will be sanctioned by us. So thanks to avoid going down consistently posting (since it may come from ignorance: error is human) who do not like you or fails to comply with the Charter .... sometimes you can be earnest without wanting systematically benefit or ripoff.

Be cool and indulgent with new users :

And show leniency towards new users on the Forum. Remain courteous and let moderators manage with problems in case things go wrong or break the Charter.

Get involved only if an ad interests you:

Do a sale if you are really interested in the subject offered. No free remarks like: "It's too expensive!" "What you sell is s..t!" "I bought the same from a cousin of a friend of an uncle of my father for 10% of the price you want "....

If required make your deals by MP or Mail:

The negotiations may be done by MP but before, please announce on the Public Forum what you are interested about (this will avoid "yes I saw it before !!!!)... When agreement on the so-called Forum, say «sold» !!!...

Use tags:

The tags at the beginning of message subject, such as [ACH] [VDS] [ECH] [] makes the announcement easy to read. Remember also to put [SOLD] or [FOUND] when the announcement is over ...

As a conclusion, never forget this state of mind:

And think that a correct price is when the seller and the buyer are happy and not necessarily how much you would have bought or sold!!

Always remain polite:

"Hello everyone !!!!" "Thank you" "Good bye" does not not cost much, and it's always a pleasure !!!!!

Addendum regarding car registration document

We remind you that the sale of car registration document is strictly prohibited by law and is not tolerated on the forum. The posts speaking sales of car registration document will be removed (administrator and moderators are responsible for your posts ...)
You can sell wrecks with grey card, or even chassis hull with their registration, which is in the same case.

Special Mention for links to the sites of bids


For listing links to auction sites please observe the following rules:

We are not here on an auction site so even if you want to sell an item on other sites, mentioning a price is necessary!!

If you sell an object which is also on another site, you agree to give priority to members of the Forum, that is to say that if you do business with a Forumiste the object must be immediately withdrawn from others sites.

Failure to follow these rules will cause the removal of your ad on this forum ...
